Happy Friday loves! Sorry I’ve been a little MIA on the blog – my son and I took a quick trip back to San Diego last week because we missed it so much hehe. So now we’ve just been playing catch up on life this week. Going back to San Diego definitely brought up a lot of emotions considering we’ve only been gone for about 2.5 months, but one thing I can say is that home is really where your heart is. And although I left a piece of my heart in San Diego I’ve been busy laying a foundation for myself and my family here in Cleveland and it has quickly become a place I am happy to call home.

Happy Friday! Not sure about you but this week flew by for me! I have slowly but surely been incorporating fall pieces into my wardrobe lately. This balloon sleeve top is a perfect piece to add to your wardrobe now and wear all fall long! This weekend I am going to pair it with cut off shorts and sandals to help deal with this heat! Invest in pieces that you can layer. What I mean by this is invest in tops and blouses that are easy enough to layer a jacket over or to add an extra layer of warmth underneath.
Spring Refresher
This year I have been loving spring clothing & accessories so much more than I typically do! I normally find myself waiting for fall to come around because I LOVE chunky knits, OTK boots, and moto jackets…however there is something refreshing about a spring look sometimes! I ordered this sweatshirt from the Victoria Beckham for Target collection – it shows it is currently sold out and I am not too sure if they are restocking or not. However, I layered it over my FAVORITE tank from Free People and love the feminine silhouette it created! I am definitely going to be trying this with other sweaters!
Casual Chic
Sometimes I run into a problem when getting dressed. I LOVE to keep it comfy and just hate when I leave the house feeling like I can’t move or relax in what I am wearing. And then again, a lot of the clothes I live for do just that…they are tight, or involve high heels, or cute jackets that restrict my movement – ha. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi guys! I apologize about being absent for the past week or so! I just got back from Ohio this past week and it is really hard to get back into the swing of things. I usually plan a day off after I get back to get my life back in order but this time I went right back to work and had a very busy week!
