Does anyone have any fun vacations coming up!? I am dreaming of a fun vacation but not sure if that is in the plans right now. I think having a 4 month old and going back to work next week pretty much means I don’t have a vacation coming up anytime soon! I am thinking of planning a trip to Italy for next spring though! I have never been and definitely want to go before having any more little ones.

This year I have been loving spring clothing & accessories so much more than I typically do! I normally find myself waiting for fall to come around because I LOVE chunky knits, OTK boots, and moto jackets…however there is something refreshing about a spring look sometimes! I ordered this sweatshirt from the Victoria Beckham for Target collection – it shows it is currently sold out and I am not too sure if they are restocking or not. However, I layered it over my FAVORITE tank from Free People and love the feminine silhouette it created! I am definitely going to be trying this with other sweaters!
These sunglasses are by far my most worn sunglasses this year! I have SO many sunglasses but somehow I seem to always grab these! I think they look good on almost any face shape as well. Loving the hexagon shaped ones too – super similar with a subtle angular change to the round shape.
These shoes are mostly sold out because they are from last spring but they have few colors and sizes left here and are on super sale!
Can’t go wrong with a panama hat for spring or summer! I grabbed mine from Zara a few weeks back but this Madewell one is adorable and I know their hats are usually made really well! Also this J.Crew Factory one is only $21… such a good deal!
If you guys are following me on Instagram then you’ve probably already seen me post this outfit! I also wanted to post this look on the blog for you guys because I found this jacket on SALE! I’ve also been wearing this Adidas t-shirt non-stop! It is the perfect boyfriend tee – super soft and slinky! It is made to fit loosely and looks super cute if you tie it up in the front or the back too!
Obsessed with hats like this for spring! Mine is from Zara but I love this Madewell one right now too!
I mentioned this in my most recent IG post but I am OBSESSED with these jeans! They are a little on the pricey side for torn denim but I have been wearing them for well over a year and they still fit amazing and are still BLACK (not faded washed out kinda black). They also have a little stretch which I love and are really long for all you tall girls out there – I have to roll mine up at the bottom which I don’t mind at all. I could get them tailored but I’m lazy haha!
Hope you are all having a fabulous week – tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!
Random sentimental/romantic thought:
The color of the jacket I am wearing is called ‘olive juice’. My then boyfriend, now husband, used to randomly whisper ‘olive juice’ to me…which sounds like ‘I love you’ if you say it a certain way. This was before we officially said it so I always think of those times when I hear or see the words ‘olive juice’.
More than anything these photos made me realize I need a serious tan haha! I usually use some type of at home tanning lotion, most recently was Loving Tan which I love but for real sometimes I just get lazy with it! Aside from that I am still LOVING off the shoulder tops for spring + summer and this one is my current favorite!
Still rocking the same topshop jeans non-stop! I ended up fraying the ends of mine for a more distressed look – super easy to do just take some scissors and go against the grain or trim a bit and wash to make the frayed edges come out even more. My bag is vintage Chanel but I linked a similar quilted cross body below and love this one as well!
PS – Is anyone else listening to the Podcast S-Town?! I am obsessed!!
Hi loves, happy Friday! Sharing this super casual high-low look with you today! In life you gotta keep things balanced and that comes to your wardrobe too, right?! This jacket is seriously on sale for only $20 right now! I absolutely LOVE it for spring – it is the perfect blush tone, goes with everything, and is super lightweight. Not to mention bomber jackets seem to be a huge trend right now!
I’ve also been LIVING in this Free People tank lately! Like, no joke, I think I have worn it three days in a row now haha! I am def ordering in gray too…[sizing reference this is a size SM and it is rather LARGE on me still. Def recommend sizing down!]
And of course, can’t go wrong with these espadrilles! I wanted these so bad and was a little nervous to take the plunge and get them – but I so do not regret it! They are SO comfy, will be wearing them all summer!
I LOVE a good red accessory! I am weird though (aren’t we all!?) because I RARELY will actually wear red clothing. I can’t even think of a red shirt that I own…they are that scarce in my closet! Not sure why because aren’t blondes supposed to look good in red?! Oh, I do have a cute little jumper from Zara that is red 😉
Anywho… I love red accessories and love that this orange-y red color is one of the major colors I am seeing everywhere this spring! I’ve compiled some of my FAVS out there right now…That JW Anderson bag (OMG!) and those perfect flats are both seriously on my list right now! Click the images above to shop or scroll through below!
My dress/shirt/blazer combo is one of the most versatile pieces in my closet right now. I love that I can rock this as a dress or pair it with pants to wear it more as a shirt. This one is sold out but I’ve linked a bunch of other ones for you below! I am especially loving this one and this sleeveless one is perfect for summer as well!
This Chloe bag is one of my favorite bags in my closet. I’ve thought about getting rid of it and then every time I take it out I am reminded why I bought it in the first place! I did link some similar looking bags for you below and LOVE this one for $25!
On another note, tomorrow is Friday! Haha, not that it means a whole lot in my life right now with a baby but still! Enjoying my time off before I go back to work in a few weeks!!
I am having a little love affair with lace tops lately. Well, who am I kidding? This is nothing new, I have always had a thing for a sheer lace top with a little bralette underneath. You feel me?! This one had me at hello! Especially since I had been recently eyeing another one that was almost $200 – and this one was $24 so yeah, you do the math 😉
And of course I added a distressed denim jacket to the look to add a little roughness. The one I am wearing is from Zara about a year or two back but I am loving this one from Forever 21! I also linked a few others of my favorites below!
I guess I have a thing for gray sweater dresses lately…haha, ya think?! I don’t know what it is but I just love gray and white together! I decided to pair this sweater dress with a blazer to add a little structure against the softness of the sweater dress. I think it would also be super cute with a leather jacket though!
This bag is the perfect size for those of you who don’t like to pack a lot when you are out and about. Lately with a little one I am so thankful for smaller purses where I can just throw my phone, keys, a lipstick and I am good to go. Everything else can go in his diaper bag 😉
Also, you can’t go wrong with a pair of fresh white sneakers! These are the Stan Smith’s by Adidas, I sized down to a size 6 (normally am a 6.5 -7).
I think we all need those items in our closet that are our go-to pieces when we literally having “nothing” to wear! For me, that is usually a pointy black boot, black skinnies (love these because they have a shiny coating!), and a white top. I love to mix in a little gray or some stripes from time to time and of course top it off with my favorite gold jewelry of the moment. Having some unique basics in your closet to reach for make getting dressed that much easier because you have a base to build off of.
I got this cardigan from all places…the GAP – haven’t shopped there in YEARS and am pleasantly surprised with this sweater! I was on the hunt for a long gray cardigan that resembled this Acne Studios one but that didn’t break the bank and this one fit the bill. It does run a bit large – I am wearing the small but probably could have even gone for an XS (I am 5’2″ for reference!).
Also, I finally caved and got these Acne Studios Jensen boots! I’ve wanted them for the past few years and have always opted for a cheaper version but was sad when they wore out so fast. Hoping these ones last awhile!
I love that this top can be super casual or could work for a day at the office, super versatile and always important to have good white shirts in your closet!
