| THOSE LITTLE HIGH WAISTED SHORTS |

Let’s talk about the high waisted short. You either love them or you hate them. It seems there really is no in between.

Contrary to what I had always assumed, it appears most people (or I should say guys) hate them. Recently an aquantance of mine on Facebook asked her friends to comment on what they think of girls in high waisted shorts. I thought I would take a look at the comments and was shocked to see probably 25 posts from mostly guys, but a few girls, saying how high waisted shorts are the worst ever. No girl looks good in these. Mom jeans. Grandma jeans. Diaper shorts. The list goes on.

If you haven’t noticed I personally am a huge fan of some high waisted shorts, pants, etc. Just can’t get enough. My boyfriend says they aren’t that bad, which probably means he doesn’t like them either- but hey I guess it’s a good thing I dress for myself and no one else!
What do you guys think? Should high waisted shorts be a thing of the past? Or should we rock ’em like there’s no tomorrow?

  1. No, they look super hot on you, keep rocking them! I stopped listening to what my boyfriend says about what I wear because apparently he hates all my shorts and skirts and wants me to wear a mumu 24/7 haha. Which isn't happening. He's come to terms with it.

Love the turtleneck look with this. This will be perfect for fall in NYC!

  2. I've never heard anyone say high waisted shorts are ugly and if anyone did, that moment right there would be the moment when I would never trust their fashion sense, ever again. :))
They are sexy, they make the legs look longer, they are super comfortable and go with almost anything. All of my shorts, denim or not, except for one pair, are all high waisted.
Yours are beautiful and you look fabulous in them!
    Kisses,
Another high waisted shorts lover 🙂
